Strength Training

Les Mills BODYPUMP™ 

BODYPUMP is for anyone looking to get lean, toned and fit – fast.

Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, BODYPUMP gives you a total body workout. It will burn up to 540 calories*. Instructors will coach you through the scientifically proven moves and techniques pumping out encouragement, motivation and great music – helping you achieve much more than on your own! You’ll leave the class feeling challenged and motivated, ready to come back for more.

Strength and Conditioning

This class uses a blended total body muscular endurance and strengthening approach to sculpt muscles, boost overall endurance, improve balance and agility, and make you feel truly alive. Class begins with a solid warm up routine, utilizes weights and calisthenics in the main sets, and finishes with a standard stretching sequence.

All levels of fitness are suitable, however, be aware that the program requires stamina and you will sweat.  Bring plenty of water, a sweat towel, a big smile and motivation to achieve your fitness goals!

Bootcamp

A high-intensity cardio and strength conditioning class incorporating steps, weights, jump ropes, medicine balls and much more to train every part of your body! Tighten & tone while getting an invigorating cardiovascular workout. Plus, training in the group environment will motivate you to finish hard and strong.

Body Sculpt 

Body Sculpt is a fast pace class with high intensity music using light weights that is designed to sculpt and tone every muscle group in the body.  This class will give that sleek toned look without building muscular size or bulk so you will lose inches, retain lean muscle and boost your metabolism while having a fun time doing it.  Great for all Fitness Levels!

TRX

Using your own body weight, challenge yourself to a total-body work out that strengthens your core and increases your muscular endurance. TRX brings functional fitness to a new level!

Blend your hidden strength with the ancient art of self-defense, dance, and boxing techniques, while engaging in a challenging cardio kickboxing style workout! The movements are fun and easy to follow - no complicated choreography involved. Check it out and kick your fitness up a notch!

Cycling

Cycling class is designed to create a body-mind fit for outdoor riding. Focus is placed on completing long cruise intervals for aerobic endurance, facing stretches of wind resistance, short and long hill climbs, techniques to improve pedal stroke efficiency and building real riding skills. Cycling or triathlon shorts are recommended and water bottle is crucial.

Mind and Body

Pilates

Build a longer, leaner physique with Pilates mat work. The Pilates method helps to lengthen and strengthen muscles and balance the musculoskeletal system. The exercises focus on core strength, torso stability, and mobility of the limbs. Pilates practice will improve your posture, body awareness, strength, flexibility, and balance.

Yoga

Acquire flexibility and a sense of well-being through classical yoga postures. Improve your concentration and enjoy mental peace and tranquility through relaxation technique. Breathe better to renew energy and vitality.

Yoga Tone

Add some variety to your yoga practice using small hand weights to sculpt the arms.

Hot Seat

A "Souped Up" Pilates class incorporating dance moves and Barre with upbeat music. It will improve your overall balance, coordination, and core strength.

Power Yoga

Focus on strength and flexibility as you move continuously from one position to the next in this more vigorous form of vinyasa-style yoga.

Barre Burn
