Aqua Circuit Training- Deep Water- An intense, full-body workout combining resistance training with aerobic exercise. Deep water circuit training consists of additional water treading with the use of water noodles and flotation belts. A fun, fast paced workout you won't want to miss! All participants will be required to pass a basic swim test before participating in this class.
Bootcamp- A high-intensity cardio and strength conditioning class incorporating steps, weights, jump ropes, medicine balls and much more to train every part of your body! Tighten & tone while getting an invigorating cardiovascular workout. Plus, training in the group environment will motivate you to finish hard and strong. All fitness levels encouraged.
Cardio Kickboxing- Blend your hidden strength with the ancient art of self-defense, dance, and boxing techniques, while engaging in a challenging cardio kickboxing style workout! Cycle- Cycling class is designed to create a body-mind fit for outdoor riding. Focus is placed on completing long cruise intervals for aerobic endurance, facing stretches of wind resistance, short and long hill climbs, techniques to improve pedal stroke efficiency and building real riding skills. HIIT- High-intensity interval training is a highly efficient technique that combines intense bursts of max-intensity exercise with shorter intervals of lower-intensity activity, just enough to catch your breath. HIIT's flexibility means every class will be fresh and new, incorporating all sorts of equipment and styles and of course, strength training. The fun fusion will ensure HIITers condition their bodies while preserving muscle mass. All fitness levels encouraged.
Insanity Mix- Insanity Mix will have you sweating from beginning to end. Using the principles of Max Interval Training, Insanity Mix combines bodyweight plyometric and weighted strength movements for a workout that not only helps you burn a maximum amount of calories, but targets all six skill-related fitness components: agility, balance, coordination, speed, power and reaction time. More advanced fitness levels encouraged, although modifications can be given for all fitness levels.
Spin- Increase your cardiovascular fitness, leg strength and muscular endurance with this high intensity workout choreographed to motivating music! All fitness levels encouraged.

Cardio & Core- This class provides an optimal mix of cardio and core training with pulsating music to motivate. You will be challenged with high-intensity strength conditioning moves including squats, lunges, and running bursts with options for high and low impact. Spin & Pump- Kickstart your day with this 75 minute invigorating, total body, high-intensity workout combining cardio and strength training. All fitness levels encouraged.
Drums Alive- Drums alive is the original and only evidence-based drumming fitness, health, wellness program that provides a “Whole Brain & Whole Body” workout which promotes physical, social, emotional, and cognitive health at all life stages. Hip Hop Workshop- This class will be adapted and designed over time around the strengths and interests of those who come! Anything from jazz funk and commercial hip hop choreography to skill and performance training. It's a pressure free time to move to some great music- so come! All levels encouraged.
Latin Dance- Join us for the fun and rhythms of Latin dance and music. In this class you will learn the basic steps of Salsa, Merengue, Bachata and more. You will be able to perform dance in a friendly group and feel encouraged to develop your abilities as a dancer. All levels encouraged.
Zumba- Zumba is perfect for everybody and every body! We mix low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party (with incredibly Latin and world rhythms!). Zumba is a total workout, combining all elements of fitness – cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility, boosted energy and a serious dose of awesome each time you leave class. No dance experience is needed!
Mind & Body
Barre Burn- Looking for a leg intensive work out? Take squats and lunges to a new level with a barre class! This class is low impact and combines ballet inspired moves with Yoga and Pilates practice. Although the focus on is on the lower body, you be sure to feel your whole body working and toning. All fitness levels encouraged.
Hatha Yoga- Hatha yoga is playful yet introspective exploration of the body and the mind. Come away with a sense of well-being through this ancient form of movement warming up with gentle breathing, stretching and centering exercises, then moving on to core strengthening, standing and “flow” postures, inversions, and ending the class with final relaxation and meditation. Participants are reminded throughout the class that yoga is not competitive… each participant is encouraged to honor the wisdom of his/her body. With repetition and breathing, our muscles relax and elongate, and we are able to “surrender” into postures – naturally and effortlessly. All fitness levels encouraged.
Pilates- Build a longer, leaner physique with Pilates mat work. The Pilates method helps to lengthen and strengthen muscles and balance the musculoskeletal system. The exercises focus on core strength, torso stability, and mobility of the limbs. Pilates practice will improve your posture, body awareness, strength, flexibility, and balance. Power Yoga- The focus is on strength and flexibility as you move continuously from one position to the next in this more vigorous form of vinyasa- style yoga. All fitness levels encouraged.
Yoga- Acquire flexibility and a sense of well-being through classical yoga postures. Improve your concentration and enjoy mental peace and tranquility through relaxation technique. Breathe better to renew energy and vitality. All fitness levels encouraged.
Yin Yoga & Mindful Meditation- Yin Yoga & Mindful Meditation’s focus is finding strength, space and stillness to ease the body and the mind, enhancing the body’s energetic flow to promote health and a calmer mind. Slow moving and challenging, poses are held longer. Props and modifications can be used for support. Great to balance, rest and restore the mind. All fitness levels encouraged.
Yoga & Tone- Add some variety to your yoga practice using small hand weights to sculpt the arms. All fitness levels encouraged.
Ab Attack- AB Attack is a half hour express class designed to work, you guessed it, the abdominal muscles. We use everything from the stability balls, the steps, and some light weights to give you that strong and toned tummy that you have been looking for. Stop by and give it a try; you won't be disappointed! All fitness levels encouraged.
BodyPump- BODYPUMP™ is for anyone looking to get lean, toned and fit – fast. Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, BODYPUMP gives you a total body workout. It will burn up to 540 calories*. Instructors will coach you through the scientifically proven moves and techniques pumping out encouragement, motivation and great music – helping you achieve much more than on your own! Body Sculpt- Body Sculpt is a fast-pace class with high-intensity music using light weights designed to sculpt and tone every muscle group in the body. This class will give that sleek toned look without building muscular size or bulk so you will lose inches, retain lean muscle and boost your metabolism while having a fun time doing it. Circuit Training- Circuit Training is a fun, training program set up of multiple stations around the room alternating from aerobic exercise and anaerobic exercise designed to elevate your heart rate through using all different equipment and body weight exercises in 45 second intervals. We do everything from jump squats, to push-ups, rope pulls, medicine balls, ball lifts, and planks just to name a few and, of course, abdominal exercises! The music is great and the class is filled with high energy while burning tons of calories and toning your body at the same time!
